Damages and issues

If customer finds that the product damaged or does not conform to the ordered product, customer must notify our customer service at within 3 days after receiving the goods. Please send us an email with your order number and photos detailing the damages. We will arrange to replace the goods for customer as soon as possible.


If you request a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
